Basic Survey
A member of our team will pay you an initial visit to discuss your heating and hot water needs , do a brief site survey to see if the property is suitable, We would also be able to give you a rough idea of the costs involved. This will tell us if an air source heat pump is appropriate for you and your property.
Full Survey
If your property is appropriate and it is something you would like to pursue further we revisit and carry out a detailed room by room survey. At this point we work out the heat losses for the house and each room and can advise on which, if any, radiators might need to be changed . We can also agree on the location of the heat pump and cylinder which will enable us to give you a detailed quote for the installation
Quote
We will email or post you a free no obligation , detailed quote , outlining the works, make and models of equipment to be used , flow rate of your system and expected efficiency of the system ones installed (SCOP). You are then free to ask any questions or alter the job as needs be.
Installation
After written confirmation that you would like to proceed we will book a convenient date to start the works. A full installation of a heat pump system normally takes anywhere between 3 and 6 days depending on the location of the heat pump and cylinder and what other upgrades to your heating system are necessary.
