⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had our heat pump installed by Heat Geek, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Ben Brady, who carried out an incredibly detailed heat loss survey and designed a system specifically for our home. His technical expertise, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything clearly gave us complete confidence in the project. The installation was completed by John and Toby, whose workmanship was exceptional. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they worked in a remarkably neat, tidy, and organised manner throughout. They treated our home with great care and respect, keeping everything clean and minimising disruption. It was obvious that they take immense pride in the quality of their work. The whole team demonstrated excellent communication, punctuality, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standard of installation. The finished system looks fantastic, and every aspect of the work reflects real skill and craftsmanship. It is rare to come across a company where everyone is so knowledgeable, dedicated, and customer-focused. We found LGS Heating to be very skilled and reliable. They fitted out underfloor heating and other plumbing during our home renovation. More than that Ben and the team advise and helped us deal with Good Energy who fitted our heat pump, who were hopeless, dishonest and unprofessional. Air Source Heat Pump Install with Underfloor Heating We are very pleased to have had LGS plumbing and heating perform the work to our house. We have had a full heating system installed, from having only night storage heaters.  Air source heat pump, radiators upstairs and underfloor heating throughout downstairs. From the initial visit, quoting to work being performed, there was no doubt LGS had the experience. Very good quality of work and professional. LGS asked me how we found the new central heating and hot water system they installed for us. This is what I replied: "It’s absolutely lovely. Very mellow and comfortable. Much better than in any house I’ve ever lived in before." Apart from the quality of the result they have also been super responsive and very good to work with. Gas Boiler to ASHP, Good people to work with.. Great service. From quote to completion, the team at LGS have been straightforward and clear. They provided clear advice on how to update our central heating system. We commissioned them to replace our gas-boiler with an ASHP, involving a removal of the boiler and all radiators. Excellent heat pump installation LGS installed our heat pump and upgraded radiators. They started with a sensible system-design approach (low flow-temp for higher efficiency), and at the design stage, Ben listened, and was responsive, to our design requirements. When it came to implementation, the team were efficient and did a very tidy job with both plumbing and electricals. Post install LGS have been extremely quick at dealing with the couple of (very minor) snags that have arisen.
